bd baze is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bd baze website, mobile app, and all related services.

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on bd baze, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. The information provided at registration must be true, correct, and your own.

• Each person may open only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• If multiple family members wish to use separate accounts from the same device, the support team must be informed in advance.
• After registration, an account verification (KYC) process may need to be completed.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. bd baze will not be held responsible for any issues arising from sharing your login details with a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately via live chat.

2.3 Updating Information

It is your responsibility to update your account if your personal details change. bd baze will not be liable for any disruption to transactions or services caused by outdated or incorrect information.

The minimum age to participate on bd baze is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may register on this platform or take part in any casino or betting activity.

bd baze may at any time request a national identity card or applicable government-issued ID for age verification. Deposit and withdrawal facilities may be restricted until age verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Account Verification and Withdrawals

bd baze may require account verification to be completed before any withdrawal request. To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirements attached to that bonus must be met (see Section 5). Withdrawals follow the same method used for the original deposit.

4.4 Transaction Monitoring

In the case of unusual transactions or suspicious activity, bd baze may request additional information and temporarily suspend transactions for account verification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd baze offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

Each promotional offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility rules. The key conditions are:

• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the set time limit after the bonus is claimed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
• bd baze reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus on the relevant account may be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

A bonus is not "free money". Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable after the specified wagering requirement is met. VIP rewards and cashback also carry their own respective terms.

6.1 Betting Rules

bd baze offers various types of games including casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. Each game or betting market has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, bd baze may determine the outcome at its own discretion.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In live betting, bets accepted before a market is suspended will remain valid.

6.2 Suspicious Betting

Placing bets by exploiting software or system errors, playing using bots or automated methods, and manipulative betting are all prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bets will be voided and the account may be suspended.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

A maximum win limit per single session may apply for certain games and bonus balances. Details will be stated in the rules for each game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd baze:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Accessing the platform using another person's account or identity.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward other users.
• Assisting minors in opening or using an account.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited. bd baze reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.

8.1 Suspension by bd baze

If a terms violation is suspected on any account, bd baze may temporarily suspend that account for the duration of the investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, the account will be restored.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, you can notify the support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, unless the balance has been forfeited due to a terms violation.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.
